We are currently offering a pasteurized milk soft, spreadable cheese, called Eastleigh Fresh. You can savor the taste of this French-inspired fresh cheese enhanced by a variety of herb and spice blends:
- Chive
- Herbes de Provence
- Italian Seasoning
- Mexicano
- Olive
- Pepper
- Plain
- Sun-dried Tomato, Garlic and Basil
- Wasabi

Soon our aging "cave" will be finished, and you can look forward to several raw milk aged cheeses:
- Semi-soft, washed rind cheese based on the northern Italian cheese, Taleggio
- Semi-hard Swiss-style alpine cheese
